Test Results

When you attend the surgery for a blood test, urine test or swab test you will be advised how long you should expect to wait for the results.

Results are available between 2.00pm and 3.00pm a minimum of three working days after you have had the test carried out.  Some blood tests, X-ray, scans and other hospital-based test will take considerably longer.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection.  In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to.
